Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day to honour Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities, and the children who never returned home. It’s also an opportunity to listen, learn and support Indigenous voices, while recognizing that reconciliation is ongoing work that extends far beyond today.

That spirit was also recognized at the BC Lions’ recent Orange Shirt Day game, which featured Indigenous-led programming in honour of the day.
