This fall, I’m going to enter my charcuterie board era. I want the girls over, wine open, and an extraordinary amount of meat and cheese spread across the table like we’re hosting a dinner party in the Italian countryside instead of Vancouver. Tiny cornichons? Non-negotiable. Olives? Maybe… (I'm not a huge olive fan TBH)! One weird cheese nobody can identify but we all pretend to understand? For sure.
