One of my favourite parts of photographing local shows is getting to discover bands before they blow up, and Hyaenas was definitely one of those for me. I shot one of their sets a while back and instantly became obsessed with their dreamy energy. Vancouver’s music scene has so many gems right now, and this lineup feels especially cool.
