For those who know me, and for those who don’t, I’m a concert photographer and TODAY I am hitting the road with local prog rockers Brass Camel. I’ll be bringing my camera along for a cross-Canada adventure all the way to Halifax and back in 1 month! Which means I’ll be pressing pause on Vancouver events for a minute… but for a pretty fun reason!
However, as soon as I’m back at the beginning of June, I’ll be going full-on World Cup FIFA mode and the timing couldn’t be better. The World Cup Watch Party at the Hollywood Theatre kicks off 6/11-7/19, so whether you’re a die-hard fan or just in it for the vibes, it’s an easy win. Big screens, a room full of footie lovers, and that unbeatable match-day buzz. It’s free to RSVP, so grab your friends, pick your matches, and come be part of it.*

Soccer fans, we got more for you. Soccer Match Watch Parties at Biminis starts from 6/11 onwards! Grab your crew and stay for the World Cup action!
Brother Ali hits the Rickshaw Theatre on 6/16 for a powerful night of sharp lyricism, soulful beats, and socially conscious hip-hop alongside DJ Abilities.
